For those booking to quit smoking I charge a non-refundable $50 consultation fee due upon booking. Please select 'Smoking Cessation' prior to booking your appointment.

Please note: This is a free call (Unless otherwise specified) - credit card will only be charged $75 in the event of no-show or late cancellation. Cancellation policy is 48 hours of notice. This card will be kept on file if you purchase a package, and will be only used for pre-approved payments, no-shows, late cancellations, or contract breaks.
